What is Weaver?

Weaver is a daily word-ladder puzzle: transform a start word into an end word by changing a single letter at a time, with every step a real word.

How to play Weaver

You're given the first and last four-letter words. Change one letter per move to build a chain of valid words connecting them, ideally in the fewest steps.

Tips & strategy

• Look for a shared vowel pattern to bridge the two ends.
• Work from both ends toward the middle to meet in fewer moves.
• If you're stuck, change the letter that the two words already disagree on.
