Handful
What is Handful?
Handful is a free daily word puzzle that gives every player the same seven letter tiles. Your task is to arrange those tiles into three words, trying for the best score you can manage. There is one puzzle per day, and the same tiles are shared by all players.

Reusing the same seven tiles to chase three separate wins is a deliciously tricky twist for anyone who loves a good word hunt.

The scoring and shared-tile mechanics are neatly balanced, and the daily limit keeps the challenge tight and fair.
How to play Handful
Make three words from the seven tiles, each at least three letters long and in the game's word list; British and American spellings are both accepted. A word's score is the sum of its tile values plus a length bonus, and tiles can be reused across your three words. You submit once, then see the best possible words and how your score compares with other players.
Tips & strategy
- Look for a seven-letter word first: the length bonus for using all seven tiles is worth 15 points.
- Since tiles can be reused across words, build your three words around the highest-value tiles you have.
- Remember that rarer letters carry higher tile values, so words containing them can boost your total.
- Don't overlook shorter words: four- and five-letter words still earn length bonuses that add up.
- If you're stuck, consider both British and American spellings before submitting.

Yes, Handful is a free daily game, and each day's puzzle is the same for everyone.
When does a new puzzle appear?

Can my three words share letters?
Yes. Each word is made from all seven tiles, so the same tile can appear in more than one of your three words. Within a single word, each tile is used once.
Is there always a seven-letter word?
Yes. Every day's tiles are chosen so that at least one everyday word uses all seven letters.
Can I play older puzzles?
