What is Polygonle?

Polygonle is a shape-driven spin on Wordle: instead of blank tiles, you're shown a row of polygons that encode the pattern of the hidden word, so repeated letters share a shape.

How to play Polygonle

Each polygon stands for a letter, and matching shapes mark repeated letters before you guess. Enter words that fit the shape pattern and use the usual green/yellow/grey feedback to narrow the answer, which can be five to eight letters long.

Tips & strategy

• Read the shape pattern first to spot doubled letters and word length.
• Pick an opener whose repeated-letter structure matches the polygons.
• Words can be longer than five letters here, so don't default to Wordle habits.
