What is Faustdle?
Faustdle is a daily One Piece character guessing game that tests how well you know the vast cast of the series. It offers multiple game modes, including Normal, Hard, Filler, and Scramble, each with a different challenge. How to play Faustdle
Each day, you get one character to identify. You can reveal the character's traits one by one—Name, Gender, Affiliation, Devil Fruit, Haki, Bounty, Height, Origin, Arc, Status, and Occupation—and you submit your guess once you feel confident. Alternatively, you can play Scramble Mode, where you are shown 5 random characters and must pick the correct one based on the traits displayed, with only one guess allowed.
Tips & strategy
- Remember that Cross Guild bounties count as bounties, and unknown bounty values are treated as 1, so think about the lowest possible bounty when stuck.
- Origin is where a character was born, not where they grew up—Bepo was born on Zou but raised in the North Blue, for example.
- Arc is the first arc a character appears in, and silhouettes count, so Linlin and Napoleon technically debut in Fishman Island.
- In Scramble Mode, use the trait display to narrow down the 5 characters before committing—you only get one guess.
- For Hard and Filler modes, expect extremely minor characters: those with no speaking lines, SBS-exclusive appearances, or movie/TV special characters.

How often does the daily challenge refresh?
A new Daily Character is available every 24 hours, with a countdown timer shown on the main menu. You can also generate custom games using a predetermined seed at any time.
Does the game contain spoilers?
Yes. The site explicitly warns that it contains up-to-date manga spoilers, most importantly which characters are alive and dead. Avoid it if you are not caught up.
What are the differences between the game modes?
Normal and Hard modes are generally based on character relevance. Normal includes semi-relevant characters you might remember; Hard includes characters who appear in one or two chapters, have no speaking lines, or are SBS-exclusive. Filler mode includes characters from movies, anime filler arcs, and TV specials. How are character names and traits handled?
It uses official VIZ Media English names when available, usually removing family names—so Katakuri instead of Charlotte Katakuri. Exceptions include names like Sanjuan Wolf, where the surname is needed for recognition. Devil Fruit categories include creatures created by devil fruits (like Homies or Satellites), and Cross Guild bounties count. Origin refers to where a character was born, and Arc is the first arc they appear in, including silhouettes.
