Cast Six is a free daily puzzle that asks you to match six movies to six overlapping categories. Each day brings a new grid where every movie fits more than one clue, and your job is to find the single arrangement that works. It's a browser-based game with no account or download required.
How to play Cast Six
You start with six movie posters and six category labels. Drag a poster onto a category, or tap to select and then place. You have three takes to place all six movies correctly; after each check, green means a correct match and red means try another movie. Use each movie once, and find the combination where all six fit.

- Look for movies that clearly fit only one category first, then use process of elimination.
- Remember that a movie can fit multiple categories, so a green match doesn't mean it's locked—you can still move it if needed.
- Use hints sparingly; each one costs 150 points, and you can earn up to 1,000 points per puzzle.
- Take your time—there's no speed penalty, so think through the overlaps before committing.
- Use the 'Clear wrong' feature to remove incorrect placements while keeping green matches.
