How to play Bypass

Tap one dot and then another to add a link; the number on the link is its cost. Tap a link to remove it. When you test your network, the game breaks the zone that hurts you most, cutting any link that runs through it — if every dot can still reach every other dot, your network holds. Your goal is to spend as little as possible, with Par representing the cheapest network that can hold.

Tips & strategy

• Try to route links around zones rather than through them; links marked with tick marks are exposed to a break.
• Press and hold a zone to highlight every route through it, which makes vulnerable stretches easier to spot.
• Use your three tests carefully, and don't test the same network twice.
• A network cheaper than Par can never hold, so don't expect under-Par solutions to survive.
• Board difficulty ramps up through the week: Monday is gentlest, while weekend boards are trickier with small zones on short links.
